DUI Distributor

Does anyone know anything about the DUI Distibutor for the f engine. My stock distributor died and I found this company. 1-12 volt wire hookup. It sounds like it could eliminate alot of my problems. I am tired of seeing it sit in the garage getting lonely ( 2+ years )
