How do I do this? I need some help?

i am wanting to do a spring over converstion on the 60 but i dont have a welder and enough knowledge of doing it anyone has a welder and how to give a shout I BUY THE BEER AND PARTS....
next Q would that give me enough room to clear 35's or would i need some blocks?

With SOA, no blocks needed for 35's. You would even have room for 37's.
